The Solar-E-Seal is a German designed & engineered rubber seal that fits in between the panels to seal the gaps, making a Solar cover a water - tight shelter, ideal for Solar car ports or structures. The Solar-E-Seal comes in 2 sizes & thicknesses.

Our rubbers are locally produced for us, made from highly modified elastic UV resistant, PVC rubber made from 3 different groups of raw material all to EU guidelines, and can be custom coloured to order. 

MAKING SOLAR VERSATILE, NEAT & EFFECTIVE

Method of Installation:

• Clean the aluminium edging the panels.
• Roll out the rubber seal to the correct length.
• When you come to a clamp, cut the rubber using a Stanley knife or sheers.
• Cut the rubber so that the top waterproof edge fits around the clamp.
• Using a thin slither of Sika flex rub it on the under side of the rubber seal and wedge into the gap to create a water tight seal.

The 10mm seal can fit gaps of 2mm to 10mm.

Installation as above. Compress panels together to trap the seal creating a watertight seal. Sika flex can also be used .
